Network Development Group’s suggested retail prices are listed
below. The pricing does not include Cisco equipment, access servers,
switched outlet devices (APC), taxes, freight and duty charges for
delivery. Prices are subject to change.

Each NETLABAE server can host up to 12 equipment pods, depending on the topologies you choose to host. Please see the system requirements and lab topologies for a complete list of everything you need. Required Annual Maintenance Renewal
This fee covers the cost of email support and software updates. NETLABAE must keep pace with new curriculum, labs, hardware, IOS images, PC operating systems and system security patches. NDG is firmly committed to supporting the dynamic nature of the Academy program, which requires a continuous investment by NDG in both labor and equipment. NDG also provides optional enhanced support for an additional fee (see below).

Upgrade to a NETLAB Professional Edition® System
Upgrade your NETLAB Academy Edition system to gain the features and benefits of a NETLAB Professional Edition system. Annual Maintenance is required in order to continue receiving system updates. Customers are required to sign the NETLAB+ Academy Content Rider for Multi-purpose Systems, prior to purchase.

Enhanced Support and Training (EST)
NDG offers Enhanced Support and Training (EST) to get you up and running quickly. This option provides scheduled hours to work with you using dial-in, Skype, or instant messenger. EST is recommended for the following tasks.
- Determining the components needed for a large NETLAB+ installation.
- Setting up a NETLAB+ system for the first time.
- Setting up VMware Server and virtual machines.
- Reviewing custom topologies and pod designs.
- Understanding pod designer, lab designer, and dynamic VLAN mapping.

On-Site Support and Training (OST)

Additional Customer Information
There is only one distributor for NETLAB+ software products. This distribution partner, SIGMAnet, offers the NETLAB+ product at Network Development Group’s suggested retail price. You have the option of working with the reseller of your choice.
NETLAB+ is purchased by institutions throughout the world. Because there is a wide variety of sourcing arrangements held at these institutions, resellers are often given quotes to resell NETLAB+. This is necessary because there is no way to know every reseller Academic institutions work with for purchasing products. Providing a request for quote to the reseller does not grant exclusivity or any rights to the reseller. Rather, potential NETLAB+ customers are encouraged to verify that resellers are offering a fair and reasonable price by comparing the prices they are quoted with the suggested retail prices indicated on this page.
Please be aware that there is no need to purchase VMware products to implement remote PCs on a NETLAB+ server. You may obtain a free download of VMware Server from VMware, Inc.
