Academy Sharing Portal

The sharing portal allows Academies hosting NETLAB_AE to advertise system access to potential guest Academies.

The NETLAB Academy Edition license permits Cisco Networking Academies to share system access. You may charge a (non-profit) cost recovery fee.

"All Academies who advertise system access via the NDG NETLAB_AE Academy Sharing Portal should determine the appropriate fee to customers. Cisco recommends that this fee is based on a cost recovery structure only." --Cisco Systems Inc.

We have also made certain changes to the basic Netlab topologies and to the Cisco Student Lab Manuals to accomodate all the Security1 and Security2 labs remotely and in full, using the 28xx premium bundle. Advertising on the Portal

This feature was introduced in NETLAB_AE version 3.7.5. NETLAB_AE system administrators can update their Academy's sharing information from the administrator account. This optional service is provided at no additional cost to NETLAB_AE customers with a current maintenance agreement.
