The PAN9 Firewall Essentials labs are scheduled to be deprecated and end of life (EOL) as of July 1st, 2022. After this date, access to the labs will no longer be sold. As of August 1st, 2022 the labs will be closed for renewals and new enrollments, and the labs will be removed from the service entirely on November 1st, 2022.

Lab Details

These labs will enhance the student’s understanding of how to configure and manage Palo Alto Networks® next-generation firewalls. The student will gain hands-on experience configuring, managing and monitoring a firewall in a lab environment.

The Palo Alto Networks Firewall 9.1 Essentials: Configuration and Management (EDU-210) labs will help you to configure and manage:

  • The essential features of a Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewall
  • GlobalProtect to protect systems located outside the data-center perimeter
  • Firewall high availability
  • Network traffic monitoring and reporting using the firewall’s interactive web interface
