Supported Lab Devices

Lab devices are part of the topology and users can interact with them either directly through the console or indirectly via Telnet and other protocols.

Remote PCs

A remote PC configured for direct access allows users to control the keyboard, video, and mouse using a Java based viewer. See the NETLAB+ Remote PC Guide for details.

Direct access can be implemented on a standalone machine (Direct/Standalone), or a virtual machine (VM) environment (Direct/VMware). NETLAB+ supports VMware GSX Server for Windows and integrates with the VMware API.

NETLAB supports the following Cisco routers. Please inquire about routers not on the list.

IOS Requirement: NETLAB_PE supports IOS 12.0(5)T and higher on all routers.
