Cookie problems in NDG Online
NDG Online uses cookies to keep track of your session, so cookies must be enabled. Add *.netdevgroup.com to your browser's cookie allow list.
If you use NDG Online inside a learning management system (LMS) such as the Cisco Networking Academy, Blackboard, Canvas, or Moodle, NDG Online also uses cookies for the content embedded there. A browser set to block all third-party cookies breaks this; allow third-party cookies for *.netdevgroup.com.
Some unsupported browsers, Apple Safari in particular, handle cookies differently and often cause these problems. Changing their settings can help, but NDG Online support only troubleshoots supported browsers. See NDG Online system requirements.
