Ways to pay

• Learners buy access themselves. The first time a learner opens a lab, NDG Online asks them to buy access or enter an access code. They can buy 1, 3, or 6 months.
• Schools and bookstores buy access codes for learners, for 3 or 6 months. One-month access is available only to learners buying for themselves.

Order access codes

FastSpring, NDG's reseller, sells the codes. Order from the CyberOps Associate access code order page.

Common questions

How long does access last?

For the period bought, which is separate from the NetAcad course dates the school sets. If the NetAcad course has ended but a learner's access hasn't, the learner can open the labs at portal.netdevgroup.com. Unclaimed access codes expire one year after purchase.

What is the refund policy?

How do instructors get access?

Instructors in the NetAcad class open the labs at no charge. NDG Online instructor access also includes the labs (see Apply for instructor access).

Can codes arrive before payment?

Codes are normally sent once payment is confirmed. In some cases NDG grants net 45 payment terms and sends codes before payment. Ask NDG Online support.
