Price quotes
Who can request a quote?
Bookstores and academic institutions ordering access codes in bulk. Individual learners can't. A quote covers 5 codes or more.
How do I request a quote?
Fill in the price quote request.
What does a quote do?
A quote is documentation; it does not place an order. Most purchasing departments use it to issue a purchase order, and then the bookstore or school orders from FastSpring as usual (see Access codes, bookstores, and purchase orders).
NDG Online support can also place the order with FastSpring for you, based on the quote. This is most often for tax-exempt orders. To ask for it, email hostedsupport@netdevgroup.com with your quote number, or reply to the support ticket your quote request created. Support may ask for more information first, such as tax-exemption paperwork.
Start a manual order well before you need the codes, since support may need paperwork from you first.
What if a quote has a mistake?
Request another one. Quotes are not binding, and you can request as many as you need.
Are there discounts for bulk orders?
No. NDG does not discount bulk orders or orders for resale.
Still need help?
