Grades, completion letters, and badges in NetAcad

Grades

NDG has no access to or control over the Cisco Networking Academy (NetAcad), including grades and marking chapters complete. NDG Online support can't help with grades in NetAcad. Ask your instructor or NetAcad support.

Being graded complete

How a learner is graded complete depends on the class type:

• Instructor-led: the instructor marks learners complete. This is not automatic, and only the instructor controls it.
• Self-paced: learners are graded complete automatically when they finish the Final Comprehensive Exam and the Course Feedback.

Letter of completion

Learners who complete an NDG Linux course in NetAcad can receive a letter from NDG confirming they completed it. There are no letters of merit or Cisco certifications for NDG Linux courses.

Badges

Learners can earn badges for every NDG Linux course in NetAcad.

The letter of completion and the badges are offered only through NetAcad. NDG Linux courses taken outside NetAcad don't include them.
